Abstract：With the development of information technology ,collection methods of ocean data are becoming more vari-ous ,and data volume increases rapidly .Therefore ,how to guarantee the quality of ocean data becomes a research hotspot . Sampling inspection is a mature subject ,while the sampling plans which are suitable for the characteristic of the ocean data are rare .According to the characteristics of ocean data and using the ideas of skyline ,the selecting algorithm for optimization sampling inspection plan of partial sort is proposed .This method can choose the optimized sampling plan by the skyline point set the residual of the sampling inspection plans ,improving accuracy of ocean data quality inspection at the same time ensu -ring ocean data inspection fee .
