Abstract:This study proposes a systematic blasting vibration control method based on the theoretical calculation of pipeline ultimate strain and on-site special detection and evaluation, combined with com-posite wedge-shaped cutting, hole by hole blasting, and electronic detonator millisecond delay detona-tion technology,to address the challenges faced in setting blasting vibration control standards and re-ducing vibration technology when operating crude oil pipelines in close proximity.Through the practice of the inclined shaft project of the Second Subsea Tunnel in Jiaozhou Bay,a safety vibration velocity control standard of 1.5 cm/s for crude oil pipelines has been established, and a vibration re-duction technology system of"equilateral triangle cutting+differential resistance line+equal loading+wave crest unrelated detonation network"has been optimized and formed. On site monitoring shows that after the implementation of the optimization plan, the maximum vibration speed of the pipeline decreased to 1.2 cm/s(below the safety threshold),and the blasting impact range was controlled within 50 m behind the palm, successfully achieving safe crossing of high-risk areas and providing im-portant technical references for similar projects.
