Research on roadway support and reinforcement technology in weak rock strata

Abstract：In order to improve the stability of the surrounding rock of roadways in weak rock strata,taking the 14211 working face of the mine as the research object,aiming at the problems of large de-formation degree and large amount of roadway repair under deep high stress,support techniques such as reserved deformation space,stratified tunneling,primary support with anchor net spraying,sec-ondary support with anchor cables,low-pressure shallow hole grouting,and high-pressure deep hole grouting are adopted for surrounding rock reinforcement.A stable dynamic coupling support structure of anchoring and grouting reinforcement has been formed,effectively controlling the degree of sur-rounding rock deformation.This technology can better adapt to the structure of weak rock strata,meet the long-term stability of deep surrounding rock roadways,ensure the safety level of mining and excavation space,reduce the maintenance cost of roadways,and has good promotion and application value.
