Abstract：In order to meet the safety of production and improve the efficiency of gas extraction during underground drilling in coal mine,the mechanism of cuttings accumulation and hole-spraying during drilling was revealed through theoretical research and a lot of tests.Based on the automatic control system as the core,a graded and classified prevention and control device had been developed,and combined with different hole sealing technology,a complete set of intelligent graded prevention and control equipment and technology had been constructed.This technology had been successfully promo-ted and applied in the Huainan mining area,and realized the goal of zero gas over-limit during drilling and greatly reduced the safety costs.
