Abstract:Coal is the principal energy source in China.Under the circumstances of deep mining and complex geological conditions, disasters such as coal and gas outbursts happen frequently, posing a serious threat to the safety of coal mines. The study of stress fields is highly significant in the control of outburst risks in mines.Nevertheless, the existing numerical analysis methods have issues like the difficulty in inverting large-scale in-situ stress fields and simulating the evolution of stress due to min-ing disturbances. To address this problem, this article takes the South No.1 Mining Area of Sangsh-uping Coal Mine as the research target. It employs the numerical simulation approach to build a high-precision digital twin model and investigates the evolution law of the mining-induced stress field in this area. The research indicates that the evolution of vertical stress and horizontal stress has noticeable regularities. It uncovers the changes in stress concentration and pressure relief areas, thus offering a theoretical foundation for the safe production of coal mines.
