Variable load analysis method for supporting beams considering temperature stress changes in drainage pipelines

Abstract:The gradual transformation of mining modes towards deeper extensions has deepened the im-pact of high-temperature heat hazards on production. However, commonly used design specifications show a doubling relationship between the temperature stress of drainage pipelines and the force of supporting beams, which directly affects the safe operation of mines. Therefore,in response to this difficult problem, this paper applies the basic principle of temperature stress and its deformation to in-novatively propose a calculation model for the support beam of the drainage pipeline in the vertical shaft. The rectangular operation method is used to calculate the forces on the support beams of the both ends and middle pipelines.Through theoretical calculation and analysis, this article integrates the influence of temperature stress and obtains that the calculated temperature stress values of the support beam are all lower than the temperature change standard values in the specifications, significantly reducing the original design value of the bracket support force, which theoretically proves the rationality of the support force of the bracket being less than the standard design value but can be used safely in practice.
