Repair and treatment technology and effect of high-strength concrete shaft wall fracture in the main shaft of Guotun Coal Mine

Abstract：Shaft wall fracture is a common problem in coal mine shafts,which seriously threatens the safety of the shaft and the operation of lifting equipment.Therefore,in view of the fracture phenome-non of C70 high-strength concrete shaft wall in the main shaft of Guotun Coal Mine,based on the a-nalysis of the failure mechanism,the"pressure relief groove"method was used for repair and rein-forcement,and the key technologies such as wall-breaking grouting,design and construction of pres-sure relief groove and reinforcement of fractured shaft wall were studied.The effect of repair and treatment was verified by the established online monitoring system.The results show that the"pres-sure relief groove"method realizes the repair and treatment of shaft wall fracture caused by consolida-tion settlement of topsoil under non-stop production,and the effect is remarkable,which can provide a reference for the design and construction of similar fracture shaft wall repair and treatment.
