Selection and design of sinking headframe structure based on super-large and ultra-deep shaft

Abstract：Shaft sinking headframe is a special steel structure set up for lifting and suspending construc-tion equipment during shaft construction.In recent years,with the continuous development of mineral resources development in China,when the mining depth of the mine exceeds 2 000 m and the diameter of the shaft exceeds 10 m,the existing sinking headframe can't meet the needs of construction.The ultra-deep sinking headframe was researched and designed,which could meet the construction require-ments of 11 m net diameter and 2 500 m depth of sinking shaft.In order to further improve the design theory of super-large and ultra-deep shaft sinking headframe,improve the level of deep shaft sinking technology and equipment,the use of Internet technology to measure the strain of the rod under the working state of the shaft sinking headframe could not only further improve the information level of shaft construction,but also ensure the safety of super-large and ultra-deep shaft sinking construction.
