Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the temperature field of the frozen wall of the shaft is dif-ficult to be predicted during the freezing process, the thickness and temperature of the frozen wall and the influence of seepage on the freezing wall intersection time of the-35.35 m wind-deposited sand layer under the freezing condition of the deputy shaft of Tauhutu Mine were investigated with the ana-lytical calculations of the ANSYS finite element software using the deputy shaft of the Tauhutu Mine as the engineering background. The results of the study show that the time of freezing inter-circle in the wind-deposited sand layer predicted by numerical simulation coincides with the actual time.During the freezing process, the temperature of the measurement holes derived from the finite element simu-lation is consistent with the measured results, which verifies the accuracy of the finite element soft-ware in simulating the freezing process of the shaft wall.In addition, the influence of different pum-ping rates on the freezing temperature field is summarized by using the simulation and analysis of the freezing temperature field by finite element software on different pumping rates of pumping wells a-round the shaft, which provides a useful reference for the freezing method of drilling shaft in similar wind-deposited sand flayer in the west.
