Abstract：The application of standardized operation is of great significance to coal chemical enterprises.In practical applications,successful applications of standardized operations can be seen in coal handling and screening,syngas production and cleaning,chemical production processes,and safety and envi-ronmental protection.By discussing and analyzing the key elements and practical application cases of standardized operations,this paper fully demonstrates the application value of standardized operations in coal chemical enterprises,analyzes the impact and challenges of external environmental changes such as the adaptability of technology update and standards,and employees'acceptance and participa-tion in standardization,and puts forward corresponding solutions.To ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the standardized operating system.
