Abstract:Although alkali-activated materials have many advantages, the traditional alkali-activated materials are complicated to operate and need to be configured in advance,so it is difficult to carry out large-scale commercial production. The one-part alkali-activated materials can effectively avoid this problem, you can first mix the solid activator with the powder to make a semi-finished product, like Portland cement, just add water when using, which greatly improves its commercial feasibility. In ad-dition,due to the large shrinkage of alkali-activated materials, this study attempts to use one-part al-kali-activated slag and fly ash mortar to explore the effects of basalt fiber content on its fluidity,flex-ural strength, compressive strength and drying shrinkage, and to analyze its microscopic mechanism by SEM.The results show that the fluidity of one-part alkali-activated slag and fly ash mortar gradu-ally decreases with the increase of basalt fiber content, but its drying shrinkage is effectively reduced, and its flexural strength and compressive strength are significantly increased.
