Application of self-drilling hollow grouting bolt technology in high stress soft rock roadway

Abstract：In view of the problems existing in the original support scheme of auxiliary transport roadway(west)in the 2105 panel of No.3 Coal seam of Zhaozhuang Coal Industry of Jinneng Holding Company Limited,such as difficult construction,unstable support effect and high maintenance cost,self-drilling hollow grouting bolt was used to support,and the full-length anchor bolt was finally real-ized.It could be seen from the test results that the deformation of the surrounding rock on the side of the roadway had been effectively controlled,and the deformation was controlled within 100 mm.The new support scheme ensured the anchorage force and torque force of the bolt,and the grouting was full,which could better fill cracks,consolidate rock mass and soil layer,improve the lithology of sur-rounding rock,give full play to the supporting force of surrounding rock,ensure the construction of roadway safety,and improve the reliability and safety of soft rock engineering.
