Abstract:Self-formed roadway mining technology without coal pillar-110 construction method is called the third exploration of mining technology reform in China, and has been promoted nationwide and a-chieved great results. On the background of concrete engineering examples, the gas extraction tech-nology under the condition of cutting roof cutting and roadway retaining was systematically studied.Working face 1452(1)is the first fully mechanized working face in Dingji Mine to adopt the"110 con-struction method"to cut the roof and relieve the pressure.Due to the reasonable level of roof cross-layer drilling and high extraction roadway designed and constructed, the extraction system of goaf and reserved roadway section was perfect. The pressure relief gas of the overlying coal strata was basically intercepted and extracted, and the extracted gas concentration was about 10%~20%.After that, there was basically no high concentration gas accumulation area in the goaf, and the gas in the upper corner was always below 0.5%,the gas concentration of the return air of the reserved roadway and the return air of the trackside in the working face should be controlled below 0.2%,the average gas ex-traction rate of the working face was above 88%,average total extraction volume was 41.06 m3/min.Thus,the phenomenon that the gas in the working face and the upper corner exceeds the limit was e-liminated,and the smooth recovery of the first"110 construction method"fully mechanized face with roof cutting and roadway retaining in Dingji Mine was ensured.
