Operation of Working Face of Multi Super Thick Aquifers in Mine Shaft and Backfill Grouting

Abstract：North No.2 Air Intake Shaft of No.10 Mine in Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group Corporation had a full depth of 1 119 m.At the depth of 15 ~131.8 m of the mine shaft,there was an aquifer in Shiqianfeng sandstone and the water inflow was estimated as about 195 m3/h.At the depth of 338.3~400 m of the mine shaft,there was an aquifer in Pingdingshan sandstone and the water inflow was estimated as about 200 m3/h. The aquifers under the Pingdingshan sandstone were at the depth of 400~470,520~700 and 800~880 m in the mine shaft,the total thickness was 330 m and the cracks were well developed.As for the aquifers in Shiqianfeng and Pingdingshan sandstones,the pre-grouting at the working face and the backfill grouting meth-od were conducted for the water sealing and the grouting scope was at the shaft depth of 30~400 m.As for the aquifers under Pingdingshan sandstone,the backfill grouting method was applied to the water seal-ing.Totally there were 22 pre-grouting at the working faces and 215 backfill grouting conducted.The grouting water sealing effect was excellent.The mine shaft was successfully passed through each aquifer and there was a dry rapid sinking realized.
