Construction of Large Diameter Feeding Borehole in Coal Mine

Abstract：In order to improve a material transportation efficiency in Tongxin Mine ,a feeding borehole was applied to send sands ,concrete and other materials directly to the underground mine .The feeding borehole was located at North No.3 Mining Block with a diameter of 350 mm ,a depth of 517 m and the geological condition of the borehole was complicated. With the control of the borehole drilling process ,the optimization of the drilling parameters ,rational application of the mud slurry ,timely devi‐ation measurement and correction ,serious control of the pipe casing and cementing quality and series technical measures ,the safety and rapid construction of the feeding borehole could be ensured .
