The Research and Application of Comprehensive Dust Control Technology in Comprehensive Tunneling Construction of Rock Roadway

Abstract：With the upgrading of coal mine mechanical construction ,increasing rock roadway tunneling line ,fully mechanized comprehensive dust control work has become more urgent .The previous conven‐tional water curtain spray ,dust control measures are not up to the requirements of the dust control in fully mechanized working face dust ,rock exceed the standard seriously ,a serious threat to the physical and mental health workers .This paper introduces a kind of through the installation of fully mechanized coal winning machine unit ,spray in the working face ,the rear supporting the use of dust removal fan , comprehensive dust control technology in the return air installation dust-proof curtain curtain and oth‐er dust control measures as a w hole ,field application show s that this technology can effectively im‐prove the working face dust effects ,and have been used in the construction site promotion.
