Discussion on the Hydraulic Chuck of Drilling Rig

Abstract：There is a new full hydraulic chuck to design ,on the basis of the analyzing existing drilling rig hydraulic chuck ,applicating clamping principle of colleting chuck and double row angular contact bearings in this paper. It realizes reciprocating movement of the slip sets and clamp and open of drill pipe by designing two hydraulic pistons and. It has advantages of disc spring chuck and rubber sleeve chuck and compact structure and big clamping force and automatically open ,So it has solved the prob-lems of oil distribution and key technology for the development of high speed and heavy load drilling rig.
