Abstract：It expounds the way that it substitutes traditional scheduling winch for the endless rope winch in auxiliary transport system by upgrade and application effect test used as auxiliary transporta-tion system in Guqiao Mine. It has the superiorities of transport safety ,high efficiency and wide appli-cation range etc.
