A New Technology of Hoisting Rope Replacement with Multi Rope Friction Hoist

Abstract：During replacing the lifting rope in mine shaft and auxiliary shaft ,each mine reflected some problems such as long time needed for replacing and wire line shoe damnify the new main rope and so on ,Huainan Mining Group Company puts forward a new kind of fast ,safe rope changing technolo-gy. Through constant exploration and introduction of the new technology and method ,a scientific plan was worked out for the rope based on the actual situation in the construction. This paper seriously de-scribes the basic process of such "rope replacement scheme after the first rope turning rope". The prac-tice proves that the rope replacement scheme is feasible ,and the results show that it has the advanta-ges of small Security risk ,less time in occupying wellhead ,fewer mechanical equipment.
