Replacement of Large Diameter Hoisting Cable in Extra Deep Vertical Shaft of New Technology

Abstract：It is very particular when large diameter hoisting cable is replaced in extra deep vertical shaft .The new technology of fast replacement of hoisting cable is used .It divides the hoisting cable in 2 groups .This method replaces two middle cables firstly ,and then uses continuous card board to clasp and the former cable to take the new to turn over the top and bottom hoisting sheave and the roller . The two cables are replaced alternately in 2 steps and four cables are completely replaced in 2 steps . The new method uses the new 8 steps process of replacement of hoisting cable .This design of the re-placement order is more reasonable .It uses hydraulic synchronous tensioning device tension steel rope tightly ,that solves the problem of synchronized atress in former and latter cables .Cables are replaced by means of continuous card board’s clasp .That transmits the weight of cables to the card board .It is low cost ,safe and efficient using line casting machine and line recycling machine to cast and recycle the cables .
