Discussion of Design and Construction Method of Pre-Grouting in Workface and Grout Cover

Abstract：When detecting water and grouting in working face of vertical shafts ,it’s generally need to reserve rock plug ,constructing concrete grout cover to force high pressure grout to diffuse under grout cover ,and then be pushed into the water-bearing formation. Some concrete check grout cover , for some reason ,are fractured and raised by grouting pressure ,resulting in permanent wall rupture , and affecting normal grouting water plugging. The destruction reason of concrete grout cover is ana-lyzed by examples ,and design and construction method of grout cover proposed. The method of grou-ting by rock plug and rock plug together is introduced emphatically ,and the opinion of using grouting packer and clay cement composite is discussed.
