Abstract：Deep ventilating shaft skip loading chamberwith large cross section in Pansan Coal Mine ,cen-tralized layout area of roadway and chamber and is affected by fault fracture zone within the scope of influence ,in addition to ,which is closed to the coal seam and located complex geological conditions ,at the same time facing problems of the ground pressure .To improve the compressive resistance of the cavern and reduce the wellbore ,roadway ,cavern disturbance influence each other ,so it confirmed pa-rameters of sectional form and permanent supporting from designing sour .Adopting a strong support-ing and advanced grouting in heading face to improve surrounding rock loading had solved technology ofskip loading chamber excavation construction under the complex geological condition .
