Methods for Controlling the Whole Process of Freezing Shaft Construction Quality

Abstract：The outer wall of frozen shaft are often damaged by frozen wall design and construction ,cau-sing the damage of outer wall ,tube breakage even flooded accident. We had a few of methods to solve above problems such as increasing frozen section of outer wall ,improving the outer wall concrete grade ,shortening the period of high ,no more effective way to handle that problem. The mine of Hua-inan mining group’s second auxiliary shaft have 340m clay layer ,more than 60% of the total thickness of overburden clay layer section ,including 2 layer thickness swelling of clay ,So the construction is very difficult. In order to ensure safety construction ,we took many prevention methods ,such as pre-dicting temperature field’s temperature control ,controlling accuracy well’s temperature ,setting wall claw and unloading groove ,laying foam board ,controlling the quality of the raw materials for the concrete ,controlling time of cycle and the concrete's raw materials.It realizes quickly and safely through the frozen section without broken tube floods and other accidents.
