Design on Electric Control System of Mine Shaft Boring Machine

Abstract：A mine shaft boring machine could realize a rapid mechanized rock breaking and support , could have a high mechanization ,no blasting operation needed ,less operation personnel in the mine shaft ,a high construction efficiency ,good completed shaft quality ,high safety and other advantages and would be a development orientation of the large modernized mine construction mechanization.Due to the serious working environment ,the reliability requirements of the electric control system would be high. The paper had a brief introduction on the construction technique of the mine shaft boring ma-chine. According to the construction technique ,a set of the electric control plan was designed and the paper stresses on the introduction on the four electric motors synchronous operation and the hydraulic system affected to the construction technique. The plan would have the technology maturity and reli-able ,advanced stability ,easy operation and other features and could meet the control requirements du-ring the construction period of the mine shaft boring machine.
