Application of Fully Enclosed Wire-Shell Supporting Technology for Repairing Soft Rock Roadway in Pansan Coal Mine

Abstract：The surrounding rock lithology of the section between 4th connection roadway and 5th connection of the west No.2 cross-cut is mainly mudstone in Pansan Coal Mine ,the original support type was U-steel sup-porter.Because of the high ground pressure ,the roadway deformation was very serious.Even though ,it was repaired for many times ,the deformation had not been effectively controlled yet. Using the fully enclosed wire-shell supporting technology to repair the roadway and monitor its deformation convergence ,the results show that the roadway deformation is controlled effectively. For successful application of the fully enclosed wire-shell supporting technology in repairing the west No.2 cross-cut in Pansan Coal Mine ,it puts forward valuable experience for controlling destabilization of the roadways in deep soft rock in coal mines ,the technology has widely application value.
