Rapid Drilling System of Mine Shaft Sinking with Mine Shaft Full Face Drilling Method

Abstract：The mine shaft sinking with the mine shaft full face drilling method although would have a safety operation condition ,high mechanized degree ,low labor intensity and other many advantages ,but the efficiency would be low when a large diameter mine shaft was in construction.In order to improve the drilling efficiency ,each factor affected to the drilling efficiency was analyzed and a vertical rapid drilling system was provided. The paper introduced the structure principle of the automatic guider and the structure design and parameter calculation was conducted on each component. The results showed that the vertical rapid drilling system overcame the disadvantages of the previous system and could have stable drilling ,waste rock quick discharging and other advantages and could highly improve the drilling speed of the drilling machine.
