Research on Dosage of Quick Setting Hardener for Cement Grout

Abstract：A cement grout is a conventional grouting material.Due to a long setting time ,the quick set‐ting hardener would be required and added to improve the performances. With the study method to test the cement hydration heat ,a rational dosage of the quick setting hardener was obtained for the cement grout (A dosage of 0.5% NaCl +0.05% triethanolamine could meet the requirement of the cement quick hardening.A dosage of 4% sodium silicate +0.5% NaCl+0.05% triethanolamine could meet the requirements of the cement quick setting hardening) ,would have important significance to guide the grouting construction.
