Mechanized Rapid Construction of Mine Inclined Shaft with Long Slope and Long Distance

Abstract：An inclined angle of a mine auxiliary shaft in Weizigou Mine was 18° and an inclined length of the mine auxiliary shaft was 1 271 m. Two single hook hoisting systems were applied to the mine in‐clined shaft sinking. A small excavator with an excavation type loader was applied to the rock load‐ing. Large volume skips were applied to the mine waste rock discharging. A PS-6I mode mixing type wet shotcreting machine would provide the shotcrete.A rope haulage heterotypic rail coolie personnel transportation car would be applied to transport the personnel and material as well as other mecha‐nized matched mode. A smooth blasting and fully cross section one detonation could realize a safety , quality ,rapid speed and high efficient construction.
