Installation of Double Girder Hook Overhead Type Crane on Headframe of Mine Main Shaft

Abstract：On a +54 m platform of mine main shaft headframe of Qujiang Mine ,a set of Gm = 32/5T electric driving double girder hook overhead type crane was to be installed.Due to a high hoisting and installing height and small narrow space ,during the roof sealing of the headframe ,there was a 400 mm × 400 mm small hole preset on the building roof and would be applied to be a hoisting and installing hole for the +46 m platform. In the middle of the roof ,a 600 mm × 600 mm hole was preset as the hoisting and installing hole for a +54 m platform.During the hoisting and installing operation ,the left girder would be firstly hoisted and installed and then the right girder would be hoisted and in‐stalled.The trolley would be installed rightly on the left and right girder railways assembled.Late the crane would be pushed forward to the middle position of the equipment room ,would be adjusted and installed completely.
