Abstract:When a mine auxiliary shaft of Shunhe Mine in Yongcheng Coal Group passed through K 6 sandstone cracking pressurized aquifer (III) in Shihezi Formation ,a pre-grouting at the mine shaft sinking face was applied to the water sealing and reinforcement. The grouting depth was ranging from 564.7 ~ 684.7 m and the grouting section height was 120 m. At the initial period ,a single cement grout was applied to the grouting mainly.Later ,a urea formaldehyde resin chemical grout was applied to the backfill grouting in the crack water and micro crack channel in K6 sandstone. After the grouting completed ,when the shaft sinking operation was continued ,a water inflow in the sinking face was not over 1 m3/h ,a water sealing rate of the grouting was 98% and a dry sinking operation of the mine shaft was realized.
