Rapid Conversion Technology of Production System in Fi rst and Second Phase Projects of Construction Mine

Abstract：During an establishing process of the procedure rapid conversion and construction safety pro‐tection interim system from the period of mine shaft first phase of Changcheng No.6 Mine to the mine roadway second phase construction ,the technical management measures conducted were stated. A series of the scientific and rational construction technology and management measures conducted in the mine could ensure the site construction procedure conversion and connection works safely and success‐fully conducted and good technical and economic benefits were obtained.
