Expansion Type Borehole Consolidation Grouting Tube Applied to Water Detection and Grouting Operation at Mine Shaft Sinking Face

Abstract：In the mine shaft construction ,a pre-grouting at the mine shaft sinking face is a conventional water treatment method. According to the special hydrogeological condition of a new mine ventilation shaft in the North Area of Tianchen Mine ,the expansion type borehole consolidation grouting tube was repeatedly applied to the pre-grouting at the mine shaft sinking face. Not only the concrete grou‐ting plug construction and dismantled time was saved ,but due to a simple borehole consolidation ope-ration and easy operation ,the mine shaft construction period was reduced and the technical and eco ‐nomic benefits were obvious.
