The Temperature Sensor in the Application of High Grade Large Volume Concrete Construction Experience

Abstract：China’s Coal Mines First Construction Company limited constructed Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Company limited Jin Jiaqu coal mine middle return wind shaft.During the construction of auxiliary shaft wall C70 high grade concrete ,the shaft wall environmental temperature ,the molding temperature ,the difference between internal temperature and external one and shaft wall lowering temperature from concrete pouring to final solidification was measured by installing temperature sen-sors.The situation of concrete hydration heat and the temperature variation data was monitored and collected.The crack problems of large volume and high grade concrete were resolved.As an example , this paper clarified the practicality and the important significance of the construction technology of in-stalling temperature sensors in large volume and high grade concrete based on analyzing the causes of concrete cracks ,monitoring and collecting the situation of concrete hydration heat and the temperature variation data by installing temperature sensors.Views and suggestions were put forward according to the field implementation situation.
