Technology of Simultaneously Pouring Concrete for Floor and Ditch in Roadway

Abstract：In south of No.8 area of Xiegou Mine ,the assistant lane used for transportation in +700m level is the mine major transportation route.This line is planning to build into a high quality and demonstrative transportation route.The demand of quality request of the concrete floor is high.And requires the roadway concrete floor and ditch placed simultaneously.The field engineers referenced ground paving process and combining with the characteristics of the coal mine construction.After many experiments ,then they made a complete set of concrete floor and ditch simultaneously placed process and supporting designed the plug-in whole plate for the ditch.This scheme overcomes the con-struction of long distance ,large work quantity ,tight time schedule and high quality requirement prob-lems ,achieving the target of coal mining aspects of the requirements.This achieves the single point op-eration ,the speed of 80m ,and support the construction of production and obtained good economic ben-efit.
