Intelligent Local Ventilation System Applied to Mine Shaft Excavation and Lining Operations

Abstract：In the excavation and lining operation of a main shaft in Hongqinghe Coal Mine ,a intelligent local ventilation system was successfully applied to manage the ventilation work of the mine shaft. With a DSP controller and in combination with a fuzzy algorithm ,the system could accurately ,real timely and auto‐matically control the operation frequency of the local ventilator and could realize a safety ,high efficient and economic operation. With a energy saving and noise reduction ,the system could solve the“one air blowing” ,“high noise” and other difficulties existed in the present mine ventilation. The actual appli‐cation effect of the system was obvious.
