Driving,Bolting and Transportation Mechanized Operation Line of Mine Seam Gateway

Abstract： No?1 air returning gateway of No? 30201 coal mining face in Mudu Chaideng Mine was driven along a siltstone floor of No?3 - 1 seam ,the designed length of the gateway was 3 473m and a rectan gular cross section of the gateway was supported with a bolt /steel mesh/anchor + bracket combined support system? The gateway was driven and supported with a Sandvik MB670/193 bolter miner .Be hind the bolter miner ,there was a continued haulage and crusher for a stage loading and a belt convey or for coal transportation .A good achievement of a month 530m driving rate was obtained .A safety , excellent quality and fast construction was realized .The paper briefly introduced a matched equipment and technical performance index of the mechanized operation line ,construction technique ,construction management measures and construction effect of the gateway.
