Reinforcement Technology of Overlarge Chamber Floor with Reinforced Concrete Reverse Arch+Overlong Anchor Group

Abstract：No.1 reloading chamber of an underground reloading station in Wangzhuang Mine had a length of 99m ,a heading cross section of 111.76m2 and a net cross section of 89.57m2.During the con-struction of the chamber ,serious floor heaves occurred and a combined support with reinforced con-crete reverse arch+overlong anchor group was applied to the floor repair with a success. The combined support was also applied to the reinforcement of the floor at 62.8m section of the chamber ,the rein-forcement effect was excellent ,the floor heave was effectively controlled and the chamber stability and a safety reliability of the late utilization could be ensured. T he paper stressed an introduction on the design and construction condition of the reinforced concrete reverse arch and overlong anchor group.
