Research on New Wet Shotcreting Technique and Equipment Suitable Applied to Underground Mine

Abstract：According to high dry shotcreting dust ,poor operation environment as well as irrational con-struction effect of the available wet shotcreting machine and other problems occurred in the bolt-shot-creting support operation in the domestic underground mine ,the paper provided a wet shotcreting method with sand and crushed rock mixed after the cement slurry.A new wet shotcreting machine suitable applied to the underground mine was researched and developed to realize a technique of an au-tomatic blending and mixing cement slurry with the set ratio and the sand and crushed rock blending materials and the full wet concrete shooting.Thus the dust concentration during the shotcreting opera-tion period could be obviously reduced and the operation environment could be improved.T he paper systematically and specially introduced the working principle ,structure ,integrated design condition and application effect of the new wet shotcreting machine.
