Sealing Technology of Freezing Borehole with Cement-Sodium Silicate Grout
LI Zhi-xiang
Abstract:In the construction of freezing boreholes for the mine auxiliary shaft of Taran Gaole Mine ,a collapsing zone was met in the depth of 370~430m in the borehole and the drilling mud were seriously lost with a volume of 18m3/h.With several discussion and study ,the cement-sodium silicate grout ware applied to seal the leakage .With the drilling mud pump and drilling tools circulation system ,the double grouts were pressurized to the leakage location .With a rest of 6 to 8 hours ,after the basic har-dening of the grouts ,the cracking and broken strata were backfilled and reinforced and the target of the permeation prevention ,leakage sealing ,enhanced and reinforcement were reached .After the con-struction plan implemented ,the expected effect was obtained.
