Abstract:A multiple time scales robust optimization scheduling method is proposed, and the coordinated scheduling of day-ahead,intraday and real-time is achieved through a hierarchical optimization framework. The wind and solar output scenes are generated by Latin hypercube sampling, and the improved K-means algorithm is used for scene reduction to effectively handle uncertainties.During the modeling process, the robust optimization problem is transformed into a deterministic model for solution, and the energy storage system is introduced to participate in peak-valley regulation. The results show that this method improves the economy and reliability of the system and enhances the system's ability to cope with power fluctuations through a multi-time-scale coordination mechanism.
