Abstract:A coupling mechanism of radiant cooling system and double-layer curtain wall is proposed, and the thermal comfort characteristics of the design are studied through simulation and the energy-saving potential of the system is preliminarily proposed. The research takes the air-conditioned room in the office as the research object and uses Ansys/Fluent software for simulation to analyze the influence of the coupled system on indoor temperature, airflow and thermal comfort under different working conditions. The results show that this coupling system can significantly reduce the solar radiation in the external environment and the heat exchange in the indoor environment, improve the indoor cooling effect and thermal comfort performance. The average indoor air temperature drops by 4.8℃,the average indoor wind speed increases by more than double, the comprehensive thermal comfort index is significantly improved, and the heat absorption of the cooling ceiling is significantly reduced, indicating that the indoor cooling load is decreased. The energy consumption of the radiant cooling system is reduced, and only the energy consumption of the curtain wall ventilator needs to be increased. The potential for energy-saving of the system is considerable.
