Abstract:The urea denitration system has been widely applied in the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration technology of thermal power plants due to its advantages such as safety and environmental protection.Based on the first law of thermodynamics,a mathematical model of the key equipment of the urea hydrolysis denitrification system in a certain power plant is established, and its thermodynamic performance is analyzed.Based on the principle of energy cascade utilization, the excess heat consumed by the system's desuperheating and pressure reducing devices is used to heat the dilution air, thereby optimizing the system and reducing heat waste. The results show that the energy utilization rate of the optimized urea water denitration system can reach up to 88.06%,and compared with before optimization, the energy utilization rate can be increased by up to 17.20%.
