Coupling study on heat transfer coefficient of existing railway station enclosure structure based on low-carbon renewal

Abstract:Based on the common characteristics of 28 existing railway stations,a benchmark model is established using the Rhino/Grasshopper platform and Honeybee building energy consumption software to analyze the influence of the heat transfer coefficients of exterior walls, exterior windows and roofs on the energy consumption of cooling and heating loads and the total energy consumption. The heat transfer coefficients of the factors influencing the energy consumption of the envelope structure are coupled and optimized through orthogonal experiments to determine the ranking of the influence of each factor on energy consumption and the optimal combination of heat transfer coefficients based on the minimum energy consumption. The research shows that the optimal range of heat transfer coefficients for low-carbon renewal of the envelope structure is as follows:0.20~0.50 W/(m·K)for exterior walls,2.10~2.40 W/(m·K)for exterior windows, and 0.15~0.45 W/(m·K)for roofs. The ranking of the influence of each energy consumption factor on the energy consumption of the station is:exterior walls>roof>exterior windows. The orthogonal test optimization results of the optimal heat transfer coefficient with the lowest energy consumption are as follows:0.20 W/(m·K)for the exterior wall,0.15 W/(m·K)for the roof, and 2.10 W/(m·K)for the exterior window, which has obvious energy-saving and carbon reduction effects. The research results can provide a reference for the low-carbon renewal of similar existing railway stations.
