Abstract:Taking an office building in Chengdu as the research object, combined with the measured data and EnergyPlus dynamic simulation,a multi-factor coupling ventilation strategy based on indoor environmental conditions(thermal comfort,CO2 concentration,PM2.5)is proposed.Research shows that seasonal dynamic regulation can significantly reduce energy consumption:In summer, night pre-cooling ventilation and daytime variable air volume control are adopted;During the transition season, the operation time of mechanical systems is reduced by 62%through the synergy of natural ventilation and mechanical assistance. In winter, the minimum fresh air volume is combined with high-efficiency filtration to balance heat loss and air quality. The simulation results show that the optimization strategy has reduced the cumulative cooling load index for the whole year by 16.58%,pushed back the peak of the maximum cooling load, and demonstrated significant energy-saving potential, especially contributing 41%of the annual energy-saving during the transition season. This research provides a feasible intelligent ventilation solution for office buildings to achieve the'double carbon'goals.
