Abstract:Through the comprehensive energy consumption comparison method, the impact of oil refining processing load on energy-saving and water conservation is quantitatively analyzed. An index allocation formula based on the proportion of energy consumption of the device is proposed, and the energy-saving and water conservation allocation coefficient K is solved.Research shows that when the processing load of a certain refinery decreases,in order to maintain the energy and water consumption levels of the previous year, each unit needs to save approximately 8 250 t of standard oil and 57 500 t of water, with the corresponding K values being 6.048 6 and 0.039 1,respectively.It is suggested that a combination of comprehensive energy consumption assessment and total quantity control be adopted to break down energy-saving and water conservation indicators and enhance the level of energy efficiency management.
