Abstract:Taking the heat pump system of a certain electric vehicle project as the research object,a one-dimensional simulation model is built, and the accuracy of the model is verified through the vehicle bench test.Based on this model, the energy consumption of the heat pump system in the full external circulation mode and the double-layer flow mode of the air conditioning box is compared.Meanwhile, the variation law of the energy efficiency ratio(COP)of the air conditioning system with the increase of the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve under the heating condition is studied. The simulation condition is set at an ambient temperature of-10℃.The compressor speed is adjusted through proportional-integral-derivative(PID)control to maintain a constant outlet air temperature of the air conditioning unit. The pulse steps of the electronic expansion valve are gradually increased, and the dynamic change trend of the energy efficiency ratio of the heat pump system is recorded. Then,it is determined whether there is a certain expansion valve opening that enables the system to reach the optimal COP.The research results can provide references for the optimization and development of the overall thermal management system of electric vehicles.
