A flash heat utilization system for blast furnace slag flushing water based on flash tanks

Abstract：Aiming at the problem that traditional heat exchange equipment is prone to scaling and corrosion when treating blast furnace slag flushing water,a waste heat utilization system for blast furnace slag flushing water based on flash tanks is proposed.This system utilizes the flash evaporation principle to generate clean steam in the negative pressure flash evaporation tank,effectively enhancing the efficiency of waste heat recovery and extending the service life of the equipment.The results show that,under the premise of unchanged blast furnace production conditions,the payback period of this system is less than 2 a,and the equipment has a long service life.It can bring obvious economic value to enterprises and help steel enterprises achieve the'double carbon'goals.
