Abstract:Establish a full life cycle cost model and evaluation system for building energy-saving technologies, explore the connotations of passive and active building energy-saving technologies as well as new energy technologies, and construct carbon-reduction and incremental cost calculation models for relevant technologies.Taking a large-scale commercial complex as the research object, conducta benefit analysis of building energy-saving technologies based on the full life cycle cost technology framework. The results show that after the implementation of relevant building energy-saving technologies, the comprehensive energy consumption of buildings has decreased by approximately 45.6%.The energy-saving rates of the introduced intelligent air-conditioning system and lighting system can reach 35.4%and 26.4%,respectively,with obvious energy-saving benefits. After dynamic payback period calculation, the payback periods for improving the thermal performance of exterior walls and windows by 10%and for building a rooftop photovoltaic system are 7.2 a,8.5 a,and 9.5 a,respectively. The introduction of intelligent control systems for air conditioning and lighting results in a dynamic payback period of approximately 3.0 a.
