Abstract:To systematically evaluate the economic viability of fresh air heat recovery technology in residential buildings,a sample from a hot summer and cold winter region is taken as the research object to construct a life cycle cost(LCC)model.Based on the discounted payback period(DPP)method, key elements such as initial investment, operation, maintenance, and residual value costs are quantified.Combined with the energy consumption characteristics, electricity price policies, and equipment performance degradation features of the region, analyze the dynamic evolution law of the system's cost-benefit ratio. The results show that the discounted payback period of this system is 9 a.Sensitivity analysis indicates that operating time and electricity price level are significant factors affecting its economic efficiency. When the operating time and electricity price fluctuate by±10%,the discounted payback period fluctuates between 7.5 a and 11.8 a.
