Research on technology for enhancing the deep peak shaving capacity of circulating fluidized bed boilers

Abstract：To enhance the energy utilization efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boilers and reduce pollutant emissions,this paper focuses on the improvement technology of the deep peak shaving capacity of circulating fluidized bed boilers,analyzes the main challenges faced during the deep peak shaving process,and optimizes the deep peak shaving capacity of circulating fluidized bed boilers from three aspects:the position and ratio of air nozzles,coal conveying screening and crushing,and the flue gas recirculation system.The results show that the application of the optimization technology significantly reduces the overall average particle size of the bed material and enhances the fluidization effect inside the furnace.
